Everest insulated pants. With Velcro for adjusting the waistband. The insulation is more than just fleece; they have some sort of sports puff inside. It feels as if they are down-filled. The only signs of use are small scuffs on the left leg near the shoe. Therefore, I describe them as in good, not excellent condition. Overall, worn for one winter during cold days.
