Neuro-linguistic programming.

The authors of the book, Indra Melbārde (M.A. NLP) and Artūrs Zeltiņš (M.A. NLP), are experienced certified NLP trainers. On a daily basis, Indra and Artūrs share their knowledge at the Personality Development Center established in 2002, both in open courses for individuals and by conducting training seminars in various companies and institutions. NLP knowledge and skills are also used in coaching sessions, as both authors are professional coaches.
