There are some scuffs (I took pictures) that can be easily covered with shoe polish. I specifically took pictures of them untreated to show the condition.
Slight insulation. The insole measured 27.5cm. The indicated size is 7 1/2.
Heel height is 4cm. Boot length without the heel is 38cm.
