Black velvet dress for celebrations

The dress has wonderful details - an under-bust cut, a fitted top, full-length sleeves with small slits at the ends, lace along the hem, and a small V-shaped cut on the back. The length from the shoulder is 128 cm, the back width under the armpits is 41 cm, the cut under the bust is 36 cm ×2 unstretched (the fabric is slightly elastic). There is a zipper on the side.
