The manufacturer indicated size 38, but it's oversized, it will actually fit size 40 better. Quite thick filling, I think it will be suitable for cold weather up to -10 degrees definitely. Coat length is 125 cm, chest width is 60 (x2) cm. Button closure, includes a belt, pockets. Lining, outer material (feels like soft, thin leather), and filling: 100% polyester - PES (recycled material).
