Specified size 32, but stretches - definitely will fit size XS. It fit me at S/36, but I wanted it to be a bit looser!
It will definitely be over the knee (for my 1.80 height, it was well over the knee).
✔️It's possible to leave a few buttons open at the front to create a slit - for easier walking!
