Wooden dollhouse

Heavy and sturdy wooden house with furniture. One chair needs to have its edge glued. It can be beautifully repainted and decorated with some decor, such a house can no longer be bought in stores. Dimensions 62x33.5x53 (roof ridge) + 5.5 balcony. Daughter grew up, and the youngest child is a boy, so I'm selling it for a symbolic amount.
