Horseshoe, pregnancy pillow.

This was a super convenient pillow during pregnancy, made sleeping easier. Bought here, it's used but in good condition. There's a small stain under the cover. It's been washed, but definitely needs to be washed again 👍 The filling is indicated in the picture. You can remove and insert the filling if the pillow is too thick. Later, I used it as a baby nest in the crib.
