Valentine's Day gift for those who love food. Informative about culinary arts. A story from the perspective of a chef's assistant (who is in love with her). The story has no chapters and is quite slow. There are defects — the book has been in the rain and got wet, slightly torn. Many unfamiliar English words are marked and quotes are underlined with a marker (up to halfway through the book, then I stopped reading).
