COOLING FAN
All our fitness exercise bikes are equipped with adjustable cooling fans as standard. This might be the reason why you extend your workout by a few minutes.

MUSCLE ACTIVATION PROFILE
It's important to understand which muscle groups benefit the most during a workout. Using our fitness exercise bike, you will train the glutes (bottom), hamstring, and thigh muscles. LED lights will activate in three stages: Green means minimal muscle engagement, yellow means medium engagement, and red means full or heavy engagement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during the workout.
