Пользовалась около года, затем пересела на айпад и планшет остался лежать в коробке. Есть визуальные следы использования, но работе никак не мешают. Планшет прекрасно исполняет все свои функции, кнопки все работают, проблем с гнездом и проводами нет. В комплекте отсутствуют: перчатка, один из адаптеров(но планшет спокойно работает без подключения к розетке, только к компьютеру или можно адаптер докупить), подставка под планшет. Планшет будет выслан в тот же день или на следующий после оплаты. ">
