I don't see any stains, freshly washed with Lovella, original packaging is included. There are signs of use that do not interfere with usage - the cover material is stitched in one place (visible in the first photo), some fluff caught in the Velcro, which can definitely be removed, faded safety instructions, partially torn safety instruction at the bottom, which can be completely removed (visible in the 3rd photo), the seam of the cover has slightly stretched.
