Polka dot blouse with ruffles

A black blouse with small white polka dots and ruffles—from the shoulders, across the chest, almost to the bottom. Long sleeves with elastic at the ends. Lightweight, thin, non-crinkling, quite pleasant to the touch.

I cut off the tag, wore the blouse with wide pants yesterday—well, unfortunately or fortunately, it's too big! :))

No signs of wear.
