Glezna ir radīta pirms aptuveni pieciem gadiem, un šo laiku tā ir bijusi kopā ar mani — piedzīvojusi manus dzīves posmus, pārmaiņas un izaugsmi. Tieši tāpēc tai piemīt ne tikai estētiska, bet arī dziļa emocionāla vērtība. Tagad esmu gatava ļaut tai doties jaunā ceļā un kļūt par daļu no cita cilvēka stāsta.

Vīns šajā darbā nav izvēlēts nejauši. Tas simbolizē mieru, atslābumu un klātbūtnes sajūtu — mirkli sev pēc dienas steigas. Vīns man personīgi ir saistīts ar mājīgumu un harmoniju, un tieši šādu sajūtu šī glezna ienes interjerā.

This painting is more than just a still life with a wine bottle and glass — it is a testament to the beginning of my personal journey in canvas painting. It is the first painting that truly inspired me and gave me confidence to continue painting as a serious hobby that has become an essential part of my life over time.

The work is painted with gouache colors, and one of the biggest challenges was the depiction of glass elements — the transparency of the bottle and glass, reflections, and light play. This was my first experience with such complex materials, and it was this challenge that helped me grow as an artist. The result is a work with which I am still very satisfied.

The painting was created about five years ago, and during this time it has been with me — experiencing my life stages, changes, and growth. That is why it possesses not only aesthetic but also deep emotional value. Now I am ready to let it embark on a new journey and become part of another person's story.

The wine in this work is not chosen by chance. It symbolizes peace, relaxation, and a sense of presence — a moment for oneself after the rush of the day. Wine is personally associated with coziness and harmony for me, and this is precisely the feeling this painting brings to the interior.
