The razor spring is intact, winds up and works, pleasantly hums, but when the cap with blades is put on, it slows down. Maybe it needs cleaning and oiling, I'm not sure, I haven't investigated. Otherwise, it's an autonomous retro wonder. There is also the original storage case and a spare blade, which I will give to the buyer. The buyer pays for Omniva!
