Functionally in excellent condition. Considering that the tone is light, it is visible in places that a child has gone to enjoy puddles with it - it is darker in some areas. There is no insulation, but both the pants and the jacket have lining.
I don't know how this company determines sizes, but my daughter wore it until almost 3.5 years old. + shipping
