The cradle helps the baby stay close to the mother and allows the mother to respond immediately to the baby's needs. We have actively used it in the bathroom, placing it on the bed, sometimes even on the dining table, always keeping an eye on the baby.
The cradle is used in the first 4 months, until the baby starts to actively roll over.
