The insole is removable.
New, unworn, with minimal imperfections (because I bought them at TKmaxx - accordingly, the price on the sole and some scuffs are standard), see the last photo.
The manufacturer's indicated size is 38, but I would say they fit better for 37-37.5, or for a very narrow precise size 38
